I had some fun with this one- used some crazy processing in NIK/Lightroom to make it appear to be from an old Vintage Camera- light leaking through, etc.

This is from the Alice in Wonderland themed shoot from yesterday with the North County Photographers & Models Group- The models are Breann Lynn​, Kaiden & Naomi- (White Rabbit, Cheshire Cat, Alice) and the shoot was so much fun! Everyone brought their A Game.

Today we are off to spend some time with Vintage Planes and Pinup models- hope you have a fabulous Sunday as well!

Valentina On the Rocks Model​ showed us that Belle is no baby and in fact she is more the Beast than that man of hers. When I look at this image I think of the song “Magic Carpet Ride” – silly I know, but still it plays in my head. 🙂 This is another one from the series of the Dark Princesses and if you can’t tell- this is our Dark Jasmine. Thursday is my pre-Friday and tonight we celebrate 10 years of business for CMR Risk & Insurance Services- Hard to believe 10 years have passed since the day we left the old company and walked through the new future.

Image of the Day- Wake Up!!

The Dark Princess Aurora was portrayed by Raquel Ravish. When I think about Sleeping Beauty, I think about my life for 16 years. Going through the motions, head in the sand of the crap going on around me. Getting buried in responsibility in organizations to where my life away from work was totally consumed. My moment came in March of 2012- the one day it finally hit me that nothing was going to change and I gave myself a mental date to get the strength to move on. That final date was almost a year later on January 1, 2013. I had a lot of help from friends during that 9 month period- and finally set myself free knowing it was going to be a long road to get through all the emotional baggage I had all over me. I saw this quote and it reminded me, you need to live life- really live it- “You were given this LIFE, because you were strong enough to LIVE it!”

Our version of Elsa- Dark Princess style!  The beautiful Breann Lynn was a fabulous demented Elsa- MUAH by Bobbie Pins Beauty- The wardrobe was by the model and clearly rocked.  Today is the start of another week- so many I see in my Facebook feed going through family struggles, hardships & death- prayers going out to all of them.  Enjoy life everyone- take time out of each & every day to pay it forward, even if it is just opening a door for someone.  Have a stellar Monday!

Our Alice in Wonderland was portrayed perfectly by Caitlin Litzinger. I met Caitlin in late June of last year and she quickly became one of my favorite models to work with. We have a lot of amazing shoots planned for the next few months- so stay tuned! In the meantime, enjoy our demented “Alice” as well as this beautiful Saturday morning! Image of the Day- Get your Bad On!

I love this shot of Dark Princess Ariel- the tattoo on her arm- flowing red hair and the look of “I’ll kill ya if you mess with me”! MUA is Diem Beauty– who is also the model.  smile emoticon We have worked together for quite a few years and it was fun watching her go from the staging room to behind the lens. She is also a beast when it comes to cross fit, so this look is not all that strange to her.

Image of the Day- Keeps the Doctor Away?

From the Dark Princess series, this is our “Snow White” showing that sometimes an apple is NOT what the Doctor ordered. Shot at Wonderland Studios in Anaheim, the cobwebs around the bed were actually applied due to the Sleeping Beauty Dark Princess- but as you can see- the bed itself was a great prop. For the next few days I will be introducing the rest of the Dark Princesses for you. You will see how each of these models interpreted the role they played and just how amazing the entire shoot was.
