All week we have been getting things ready for the Gatos Car Show, so we have been pretty non-existent on Facebook and everywhere- hope all had a good week!
For today- a peek at some work I did with Alaina Rose Lee on late Sunday- I used a new software program I am trying out- quite a bit a antique finish- blurring, etc- but I like it.

I do love the look of Pinup & Rockabilly and for this Monday morning’s image I thought the one I took this past weekend of JoJo doing the iconic Marilyn pose would be a cool one for you all.
She is a member of the LA Chapter of The Luscious Ladies and you will be seeing much more of these wonderful ladies in the coming year.

Alaina Rose Lee has many looks and over the past year of shooting with her, I have watched her grow in so many ways. She has become like a daughter to me and just seeing her beautiful smile can totally light up a room.
In this image that was caught while another photographer was setting up the bath to shoot with her, it appears she is in deep thought- maybe about the entire day of shooting- or even that she is freezing her ass off in that milk! Whatever the case- I just love this girl.

I was fortunate to have some truly fabulous people at my house on Sunday- Models, MUAH, Photographers and some of their family that came to support them. The shoot was a milk bath shoot and had two models and two photographers going at the same time along with the BTS shooters Allen Freeman and Michael Walborn, my partners in crime and also known as the #bracketeers.
Since I was the organizer, I got only rare moments to actually have the camera in my hand. One time was in the morning when I actually did work with Alisandra Volta- who was the color orange, which was amazing, she was gorgeous and her hubby was there to help as well. It truly started my day off with a bang.
The other few images I took were of Sizzling Sweet Pea with blonde hair in the color red- a duo of Breann Lynn & Alaina Rose Lee and then Alaina solo. The solo ones were taken after Theresa Blackbird finished her set- she did a fabulous job of making her green set look so serene, so calming- and this is one of those shots. Alaina Rose Lee killed it, Julianne Joi was the MUA and killed it- and personally I am truly happy with this one.
The #bracketeers will be setting up an event on July 25th and there will be 14 spots available- stay tuned for the flyer that will detail the cost to be involved in this amazing theme of shoot- something every model will want to have in their portfolio.
Back in the Fred & Ginger days, all of the really cool movies had these beautiful dance scenes in them- gorgeous lines- flowing dresses- men with sweet tuxedo’s on – it was all very glamorous and we were mesmerized. Today’s image is of two of my favorite dancers- they are going to be part of the Vintage Burlesque magazine being put together and both are dancers for The Dirty Little Secrets Burlesque. We had a fun shoot a couple of weekend’s ago to start the promotion of Art and Soul Photography Project, a new meet up group that Caitlin Litzinger started and the Bracketeers are involved in with her. This image is of Caitlin as a cute little pinup zombie getting ready for a date. Or at least that was my interpretation!
