I do love the look of Pinup & Rockabilly and for this Monday morning’s image I thought the one I took this past weekend of JoJo doing the iconic Marilyn pose would be a cool one for you all.

Most of you know, I am pretty new to this world of photography- on a professional level. So I am constantly going to meet up groups and taking lessons when I can in lighting and now processing. One of my favorite models to practice with is Kitty Von Rose– she can give me any look I need to practice from pin up to dark beauty. She was a demented dame for a clothing line shoot and seriously was so in character that even the behind the scenes shots she was still like a zombie! This was during a lesson at Afreeman Photography studios where Allen was teaching me about all types of lighting. He was some fabulous props, one being this old microphone. The processing is still rough as is the shot- but I still love the beauty of Kitty that shines through. Happy Thursday all! Make it count!
